- Securing tenant for the property
- Entering into lease on the owners behalf
- Managing tenant relations throughout the lease term
Property Management. Should you need additional management of the property during the lease term, Fannie Hillman + Associates, Inc. can assist you there too. Services include:
- Maintaining and repairing interior, exterior and landscaping of properties
- Entering into contracts on owner’s behalf for utilities, public services, maintenance, repairs and other services.
- Hiring, discharging and supervising all labor and employees required for the operation and maintenance of the property on behalf of the owner.
