From Low-rise Class C to High-rise Class A, Fannie Hillman will provide their clients with all the information they need to make an intelligent choice.
Building Level and Class Schedule:
Low-rise: Fewer than seven stories above ground level
Mid-rise: Between seven and 25 stories above ground level
High-rise: More than 25 stories above ground level
Class A: Properties that are the most functionally modern
Class B: Properties that are older and may not be as efficient or desirable as class A
Class C: Properties that are older and may not be as efficient or desirable as class A
